Step 1. Warming Up
Purpose: Arouse students’ learning English
Greetings and divide the class into three groups:group A , group B, and group C.
Step 2. Presentation
Purpose:To enlarge students’ vocabulary. And help students practice their oral English.
1. diet n. 日常饮食,规定的食物
go on a diet 节食,控制饮食(表动作)
be on a diet 在节食(表状态)
a balanced/ heallthy diet 均衡的/健康的饮食
vt.& vi. 节食
Eg:It is obvious that she is dieting.
2. balance vt. 平衡,权衡

Eg:You have to balance the advantage of studying against the disadvantage of playing.
