学情分析
We?will focus on training students' speaking. There are three parts: Speaking--students talk about Canada and even describe some cities to others; Writing--output exercise to strengthen students' mastered knowledge about introducing a place.?Students in our class can remember some fundamental words and expressions. Therefore, In the Speaking part, some familiar materials from their life are selected, so that they would be interested and would like to talk. When students write a short composition to introduce Hainan, some tips are also given to help those who are poor in English. The writing takes not only the requirement of College Entrance Examination but also the English level of students into consideration, for which the composition should be finished with some important sentences.

Step 1 Revision
1. Recall students'?memory about Canada.
2. Show a video, get students to know more about Canada.
设计说明:让学生锻炼英语口语和敢于在同学和老师面前展示自己的英语能力。通过一些写作句型描写一些学生熟悉的地点,起到热身的效果,引起学生对地点这一相关话题的兴趣,并让学生接触目标词汇和句型。
