Step 1 Enjoy a song (rolling in the deep) to stimulate Ss’ curiosity and interest in this class. Meanwhile, Ss will be asked to fill the blanks of the lyrics. ( all the blanks are V-ing form)Then Ss will analyse the usage of the V-ing form within this song.
Step 2 Summarize the usage of V-ing form
Step 3 Observe some sentences and figure out different forms of V-ing

Predicative will be singular while one V-ing form as subject
