Step 1. Leading

2. Show and make comment on their sentences.

Step 2. Lengthening Study

lengthen sentence

● I have a girl

●I have a beautiful and smart girlnamed

Helen.( 加形容词和分词)

●I have a beautiful and smart girl named

Helen, who likes reading very much.(加定语从句)

Conculsion: If we want to lengthen our sentences, we can add some adjective, particle and adjective clauses.

Practice:I have a friend.

●Come to eat!

●Come to eat at 10:00 this evening!(加时间状语)

● Come to eat by the sea at 10:00 this evening! (加地点状语)

●If you are free, please come to eat with me by the sea at 10:00 this evening! (加条件状语)
