Step 1 warming up
1. Ask students a question: Have you ever imagined what life will be like in the future?
2. Then play a vedio and ask the students to pay attention to the four major changes of life in the vedio and at present while watching.
Step 2 Pre-reading
1. Present 8 aspects of changes in the life on the screen and ask the students to choose 4 major ones.
Keys: Transport, Work, House and Education.
2. Discussion: Discuss the 4 major changes of life , answer some questions about each of them and enjoy some pictures related.
1) Transport: How do you usually go to school?
Do you believe there will be traffic problems ?
2) Work: For now, people usually work unefficiently and so much paper is wasted. Just imagine people‘s work modes in the future.
3) House: Do you like the house in the vedio? Why ?
Where do you want to live in the future?
4) Education: Do you believe there are still real schools in the future?
