writing guiding(写作指导)
新闻又称 消息,是对最近发生的事实的报道.其特点是:真(be true) ,短(be short),快(be quick),活(be changeable)
新闻内容:标题(headline),导语(guiding sentence), 主体(body)和结尾(ending)
新闻五要素 :时间(when),地点(where),人物(who),起因(why),事件(what)-----即告诉读者5个 “W”
新闻的内容
title (标题) 简明,准确地概括新闻的内容
topic sentence(导语) 指新闻报道的第一句话或第一自然段(topic sentence) ,它用简明生动的文字写出新闻最主要最新鲜的事实,提示新闻报道的主题思想,表达言简意赅.
body(主体) 是新闻报道的主干部分.对导语作具体全面的叙述.按时间或逻辑顺序写,先主要再次要.常用过去时和将来时.
ending(结尾) 最后一句话或一段话,总结全文内容,对新闻事件的发展趋势做出预测.

I witnessed a terrible tornado yesterday.
It happened at about 5:00p.m. ,lasting over forty minutes. The tornado struck a village by the sea . It's reported that the speed of the tornado reached about 105 meters per second.Thanks to the weather forecast in the morning, no one was killed or injured. Although they suffered great losses, almost all the houses were destroyed ,the electricity and the telephone lines were cut off.
