Step 1 Lead-in
Use an apple to arouse the interest of students and talk about the logo of Apple company and Steve Jobs.
Step 2 Presentation
Introduce the key sentences starting with only:
Only now do you realize I am not showing you the in-fact apple.
Only by biting a small part of an apple can we realize how much convenience the Apple brings to us.
Only when he passed away can we believe that our life is strongly influenced by this man.
Then present the sentence structure on the blackboard and make it clear that they are the key sentences they are going to learn.
Step 3 Practice
Get the students to do the exercise 4 on page 29 in the textbook by using the sentence structure. Get them to do it in pairs if necessary.
