III Teaching procedures:
Step 1 warming-up:
Greeting and show some signs, and ask students “What are they? And how should we describe them?”
Step 2 presentation
Task 1. Show flash cards about signs on PPT and ask students to describe them together .The teacher gives students the hint—by using imperative sentences and Modal verbs.
Task 2. Lead students to find the sentence structures of the sign descriptions.
Step 3 Practice
Do the part of “Best Partner” to practice the sign descriptions.
Step 4 consolidation
Let students do the game of “To be a driver”. By doing the game, students can master the sign descriptions easily.
Step 5 summary and homework
Do a summary by discussing together and ask students to find more signs and describe them.
