Step1 Leading- in
1. Show some pictures to students, and let students have a free talk.
Ask students what do they think is the most important in their life?

Ask students to discuss which habits are bad for our health in our life. And they can talk as much as they can.
Setp3 Reading
Skimming
Purpose: To get a brief understanding of the text.
