When I mentioned my students, I have to admit that they are someone who devote large amounts of time to vocabulary but often end up with dissatisfaction. They fail to achieve the expected level of comprehension or complain they cannot help forgetting. So they need to correct their way of learning and adopt some effective strategies.
Teaching objectives
1. Knowledge objectives:
Students will be able to further use the key words and phrases appearing in these units, such as be addicted to, addict, , stress, benefit, tough, desperate etc.
2. Ability objectives:
Students will be able to use the words and phrases correctly and can also learn to solve the problems about health in our daily life.
3. Emotion objectives:
Students will be inspired to involve themselves in the class and try to express their ideas. and think about healthy problems among them and adjust themselves to live a healthy life.
Important and difficult teaching point
The important and difficult teaching point is to help students use the words and phrases correctly and understand the different meanings of the words, such as tough and desperate in the given context.
