Step 1 Warming-up
Introduce a song called country roads to remind students that singing songs is a great way to remember words
T: Have you ever heard of country roads? I t is a beautiful song. Today I would like to introduce it to you to remind you that singing songs is a great way to remember words. If you are familiar with the song, you can sing along with it.
Step 2 Words for reading
Please give each of the following object a correct name.(Display several pictures to guess their English )
Play a game : what is missing?(to help them remember the words and have fun testing on their memory)
Step3 Important words and phrases
Show them these words and phrases and complete the blanks, and then find a student to lead them reading the words , each one twice. At last read them together.
Show time : two pairs of students come to the front. One describe the meaning of the words, and the other try to speak out the correct words and phrases.
Step4 Analyzing important words
