All the materials in this unit focus on the topic. After this unit, it is hoped that the students will learn something about the problems while travelling or studying abroad and learn how to deal with them. So the writing task of this unit is about a letter of advice on travelling abroad.
II. Analysis of the students(学情分析)
The students I’m teaching are poor at English compared with other schools in this district. But I try my best to give them chances to speak English in class, for example, making a speech at the beginning of the class, and trying to answer questions in English and so on. Although their English is not perfect, they keep trying. They are active in class, and eager to learn new things. They are cooperative and know how to do team-work.
