Is there any way that you can know about the information of one site where early people lived in China?
Step 2 解读课文标题和图片,预测课文内容。
解读题目:What’s the title?
What do you think the reading is about?
Where is Zhoukoudian?
What is it famous for?
图片解读:Who you think the people were?
Were they like us modern people?
What are the differences?
How did they make a living?
Guess and imagine what their life was like?
Step 3 梳理生词。学生扫读全文,然后根据上下文的语境,推测并匹配本课目标词汇和该词的英文释义。
Skim the whole passage and let students try to work out the meaning of the new words using context clues.
