Step1 Lead-in

Questions: Do you know about Zhoukou Dian? Where is it? What is famous for?

Suggested answers: It is on the Longgu Mountain, Fangshan District, Beijing. It is famous for Peking Man, a complete skull of an ape-man dating back to 600,00 years.

Let students look at the pictures.

Step2 Skimming

Ask students to decide whether the statements are true or false.
