“语言运用”分为“听说”和“阅读讨论”两部分。“阅读讨论”部分的内容是关于澳大利亚的几种危险动物。在读之前，要求学生看文章标题和图片，预测文章的内容。课后练习3作为课文内容的补充和延伸，列出了各种危险动物的习性和活动特点，要求学生用已学的知识讨论如何防范危险动物，并要求学生挑选三种危险动物，有针对性地设计一个海报。“辩论”部分提供的题目是：澳大利亚是一个危险的旅游地点。学生根据本单元所学的知识开展讨论，一方支持“澳大利亚危险”的观点，另一方支持“澳大利亚不危险”的观点。“写作”部分设计的是一个读写结合的任务型活动，而这一任务又是前面的“阅读”和“辩论”的延续。学生将以“回信”的方式，结合前面所学的知识和自己的看法对“露营是否安全”这一问题给予回答，这实际上也是对前面“辩论”部分的总结。在这整个过程中，听说读写各部分技能都能得到很好锻炼。

2 学情分析
Most students in our class are weak in learning English, and they are afraid of speaking English in front of others. Because of their poor pronunciation, they don’t often show their spoken English bravely. But the students are very interested in learning more information about the dangerous creatures in Australia, So this class I will give them chances to practice their abilities to listen, speak, and write. I believe students will make great progress in learning English, and will be more confident about themselves. Through discussing and group cooperation, students can develop their sense of cooperative learning.That’s very inspiring.
