Step 1 Greeting
Step 2 Presentation
1. Show a video clip to the students, and then ask them to finish a questionnaire.
How many students can understand the listening material and how well?
2. Teach students the tips of how to understand the material completely
1) Reading
Tell them to read the material as fluently as they can. It would the best if they can recite it.
2) Intensive listening
If they can read the material fluently, then listen to the material as clearly as they can. Just remember: While listening, you must be able to repeat them.
3) Persisting
Encourage students to persist the two steps above day by day. If they can persist them for enough time, then they will of course find their listening ability has improved
Step 3 Practice
Show students a reading material, let them read, read and read until they can read it fluently.
Show the video clip of the reading material. Let them follow it. Give them a surprise.
Step 4 Consolidation
Consolidate what we learned this time, and then encourage them by a conclusion:
Reading +Intensive listening+ Persisting=Success!

Step 5 Homework
Just think over the tips we learned and try them later.
