本听力教材主题是人与社会,以海伦凯勒人物自传为语篇载体。听力材料主要有:一. 3段热身短文,分别是涉及Jody Williams、Hua Mulan、Lin Qiaozhi人物不同方面的介绍;二. Helen Keller的人物介绍,通过三方面(基本信息、品质、成就)的听说练习,从教师指导到小组探讨,层层递进。通过听力技巧的指导和课上的练习,让学生潜移默化掌握一定的记笔记和听说复述技巧,并在语言知识和能力的形成中,激发学生对卓越女性的敬佩之情,培养学生学会独立、勇敢面对学习和生活中的困难的品质,以落实学科核心素养。
学情分析:
授课班级为高一平行班。该班整体性格较外向,思维活跃。成绩中等水平学生居多,有部分学生基础较差,口语表达能力一般,但是对英语学习有一定的热情,学习态度较好。学生对于听说训练中的Retell部分尤为害怕。希望通过这一节课,对学生进行一个复述的初步指导,增强他们的信心。
