【学情分析】
这个单元在Section A部分已学习了现在进行时的表达法,而一般疑问句式在A部分的语法中也有涉及到,本节课最主要是创设情景让学生们运用,活学活用,学习了句式后运用,最主要就是调动学生的兴趣,让他们有兴趣开口,有欲望多学。学生们在口语表达上还是比较欠缺的,有些语法知识也理解,但口语总表达不出来,本节课就利用这个话题训练学生口语表达能力。
【教学内容分析】
本节课最主要是训练学生的听力能力与熟练现在进行时的一般疑问句式,在听力中了解在合适的地方做合适的事情,掌握一些地点名词,再利用这些地点名词,练习现在进行时的一般疑问句式,Be+主语+动词ing+其他成分?及其肯定回答与否定回答;并了解数的表达,区分单复数,达以能在日常生活中致用。
【教学设计】
Step 1 . Revision and lead in
1. Greeting the Ss. Check the homework.
2. Free talk
3. Review the words of Section A ( word guessing game).
Step 2 . Presentation
Learn the key vocabularies: pool, shop, supermarket, man,...
Self-study check.
3.Work on 1a.
T: Look at the pictures below. Where are they? What are they doing? Please look at the pictures and fill in the blanks.
Ss work in groups. Discuss the pictures about the places and the activities they are doing. Then fill in the blanks.
Let some Ss read their answers to the class and check the answers.
Step 3 . Listening
Work on 1c:
1. T: Now I will play a recording of a conversation. This time write the places you hear in the chart.
2. Ss listen and write the places.
3. Play the recording again for the Ss to check the answers.
Work on 1d:
1. This time, please listen to the recording and write the activities you hear in the chart.
2. Play recording and stop the tape if necessary.
3. Play the whole recording and have students write the words they hear in the chart.
4. Check the answers.
Step 4. Pair work
