Analysis of the students
Students of Senior two have mastered some basic reading skills. For example, skimming and scanning, but they still have difficulty in catching the specific information. Besides, students have read some Chinese novels, though they may be not familiar with English novels. Consequently, it’s a little difficult for them to understand the passage especially when there are many new vocabularies. But the topic of proposal and marriage can easily stimulate their interest and let them express themselves.
