Teaching procedures:
Step1:Leading in.
What is the most important to you?
(money,health,friendship,schoolwork...)
Step2:Introduction.
Summarize the main types of questions in Reading Comprehension.
Analyze the abilities required in doing reading comprehension.
The characteristics of Questions of Details.
Step3:Pairwork.
Work in pairs, read the passages and find out the skills in dealing with Questions of Details.Then invite some students to present and sum up the skills. (Help Ss if necessary)
Step4:Consolidation.
Guide the students to finish 7 questions in passage A and passage B.
Step5:Presentation
Choose some students to present the reasons for those questions with the skill learned in class.
Step6:After-tasks
Write down the most beautiful sentence. And accumulate some useful words.
Step7:Summary
Sum up what we’ve learnt this class.
Step8:Homework
Finish some more exercises to consolidate the strategies for Questions of Details.
