I．Analysis of Teaching Material
This class is based on reading, which will contribute to next class about writing. In this class, students are supposed to have a good command of the structure of the letter and how to describe a people better. At the same time, it is of great importance to master these necessary vocabulary in NMET.
II. Objectives of Teaching
1. Knowledge objectives: to learn the structure of the letter and to master some words to describe people.
2. Ability objectives: to enhance the ability of reading and the ability of how to describe people vividly.
3.Affective objectives: to arouse students’ interest of observing others and improve their interest in learning.
III. Analysis of Learners
Most students have known how to write a letter and how to describe a people. However, their writing structures and vocabulary are not concrete and vivid enough. Therefore, students can better master reading, writing, speaking and communicating skills after this class.
