内容分析
该课是根据人教版高一英语必修一第五单元Nelson Mandela-a modern hero而衍生的一节写作课。本课通过猜人游戏,范文欣赏,向学生展现人物介绍类文章的写作结构,并运用文中的高级句型独立写作。
学情分析
教学对象是高一普通班的学生,大多数来自农村,英语底子薄弱,对于词汇,短语和句型方面的掌握相对较差,因此,本节课运用“升级简单句”的方式,提高他们的书面表达能力。
课前准备
教师布置预习内容。
2. 学生以小组为单位探讨各句型的使用情况(非谓语和it句型平时课上讲过,但并未运用于写作中)
教学目标
1. Knowledge and ability(知识与能力)
a. Help the Ss get to know how to describe a person, such as the order of the passage, the sentences that can be used and so on.
b. Help them change simple sentence structure into parallel or compound sentence structure.
2. Process and approaches(过程与方法)
a. Help the Ss to learn how to improve their sentence structure.
b. Help the Ss learn how to cooperate with others.
3. Emotions and values(情感与价值观)
a. Through the study of this period the students will realize how to appreciate a passage and what are good expressions.
b. Inspire Ss to be positive and not discouraged when meeting with difficulties.
