① 首段:

c 简要介绍自己,表明写作目的。
② 主体:a. 询问具体问题,注意疑问句式;b. 提供背景材料及询问原因;
c. 强调所需信息重要性; d. 题目要求的内容均应涉及。
③ 尾段:a. 结尾彬彬有礼,表示诚挚谢意; b.希望得到对方回复。
