Step 1 Lead-in
Show two pictures to students, and ask them to tell a story according to them.
A fantasy story
Let's share a fantasy sotry.
Once there was a king went out hunting and came to a cottage. A beautiful woman came out and the king fell in love with her .The king took the woman to his palace and married her, not knowing that she was a wicked witch. The witch put a spell on the king and became the ruler of the land. Argon, the king's brother, who rules a nearby kingdom, went to war with the witch. Before he left for the war, Argon asked his handsome son, Ferdinand, to revenge if he got killed. As is known to all, the witch won the war and killed Argon and all his army. A frog jumped out of a pool and told Ferdinand that he could help him.
Generally speaking ,this is an interesting story.I like it.
Step 2 Ask the students to summarize how to write the story in groups.
