This unit Numbers and quantities (Structures in use) is about how to correctly use cardinal and ordinal numbers, and learning to use some structures like “..., most of which/whom...” ...

This section is very important for students, especially for improving their writing ability.. So if the students can learn this lesson well, it will be helpful to freely talk and use numbers, quantities, key phrases and structures in future learning or practice.

III . Analysis of students’ condition:

1. Although High school students have the basic abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing, they still need to be guided or helped in practice; they need to practice, practice and practice to master some key language points and correct their mistakes in learning.
