Stage 1 : Lead-in.

Show students a piece of music and some pictures to make them know Adjectives and adverbs are everywhere.

Stage 2 : Yesterday’s homework.

Talk about yesterday’s exercises and pay enough attention to the difficult sentences.

1. He sat down and started_____________(gentle) talking to the dog.

2. It seems that living green is easy and _____________(afford). A small step masks a big difference.

3. People are more spending than before,because they are ________(easy) attracted by the discount.
