教学步骤:设计目的1.Topic discussion: Should gifted students be grouped in special classes?

2. Introduction to the sense relations of words

Give the students a specific word from the question discussed above, have them think of some other related words and show out the sense relation of the words.

Example: gifted---talented; smart; intelligent; clever; brilliant… (synonymy 同义关系)

Conclusion

types of sense relations:

Synonymy (同义关系,包括同词根的词)

Antonymy (反义关系)

Semantic field (语义场)

Hyponymy (上下义)

Primary principle: Logic in the context (上下文逻辑)

Step 4. Homework

(1) Review the sense relations of words;

(2) Work out a cloze test by using what has been learned today. (2014一模题)

从一个学生熟悉的话题开始,让学生进行讨论,为下面引出2011高考题做好铺垫。同时,借助该话题中的一些基本词汇,让学生发挥联想引出其他单词,继而揭示单词之间的词义关系。这种词义关系是通过一系列例子让学生归纳出来,之后再把归纳出来的道理用演绎法用于完形题目设置。
