三、教学步骤

Step 1 Lead-in

Greet as usual.

Ask students to sing apple song .Then ask a student to write the fist sentence of the lyrice on the blackboard .

---I have an apple .

通过复习have的用法,引导学生翻译“我有一个茶杯”和“桌子上有一个茶杯”。

Show a picture of the local city, ask and answer like this:

T: Do you know these places?

S: Yes, it’s park.

T: That’s right. Is there a restaurant near the park?

S1:Yes.

T: Good. Do you know the name of the restaurant?

T:It’s …Restaurant.

Step 2 Presentation

展示图片或幻灯片,呈现其他生词,如:post office, police station, hotel,bank, hospital, pay phone, street 等,然后带领学生朗读生词

Then ask the students to read the words in pairs .

Show pictures to present the target language:

Is there a post office near here?

Yes, there is./ No, there isn’t.

讲解“there be”的用法。表示某处有,某地有用“there be(is/are)”

There is a cup on the desk .

Is there a cup on the desk ?

Yes , there is.

No , there isn’t .

Step 3 Practice

Translate these senteces into English.

1.附近有医院吗?

2.附近有银行吗?

3.你有字典吗?

4.她有弟弟吗 ?
