1. Greetings
T: Good afternoon, boys and girls.
Ss: Good afternoon, teacher.
2. Revision.
Review the buildings’ words the students learned last class by playing a guessing games. (The words they should guess: library, park, supermarket, bank, pay phone, hospital, post office, police station, street…)
Step 2 Presentation.
1. Lead in
Show the picture 1a to students, and give them one minute to remember which street these buildings are on. Next, use the preposition of place on to make conversations:
A: —Is there …in the picture?
B: —Yes, there is.
A: —Where is it?
B:—It is on…( Bridge street/ Long street/ Center street)
