三、教学过程

Step1. Warming- up and revision

1. Let the students make sentences according to the pictures.

2. Look at the picture of 3a. Get the students to be different pairs to ask and answer ways

Step2Learn the new words

T: Please look at the new words; let’s find out whose pronunciation is the best in my class.

Ask the stud ents to try to pronounce one by one, then the teacher correct it.

Step3. Practice

Look at 1a. The teacher asks the Ss who could put the three phrases into English, then let the Ss match t he words in the box with the signs, and see who does the best and most quickly.

Step4. Listening

Look at 1a and 1b.

1. T asks the Ss to listen and write the correct place for each letter in the picture.

2 . Listen again. Fill in the blanks. Check the answers.

Step5. Group work

Look at the picture of 1b.

1. Divide the Ss into groups. Each group has two students.

2. T: Now please imagine you and your partner are the two people in the picture in 1b. Ask and answer questions about the places.

Step6. Emotion education

T: Do you like traveling?

S: Yes.
