Step One Warming-up and lead-in

Greeting with the students as usual.

The teacher introduce herself to lead in the key points of this lesson: I come from No.3 Middle School. I want to make friends with you. I look like my father. I live in Shi Bing. I like to spend time reading books in the library. I enjoy walking after dinner. My house is quiet; there aren’t any clothes stores in my neighborhood. What about you?

Step Two. Presentation

According to 2b,Teach news words and phrases with pictures.(在语境中进行词汇拓展)

Then let the four students in a group and give students several minutes to read through the passage quickly, and get the main ideas.(在阅读前教师给予阅读指导。)
