Grammar:Be able to tell the differences of the using of “be” , “have”
(be +身高/体型; have/has +发型)
Teaching Procedures:
Step1. Lead in
T: Hi, boys and girls. Today is a fine day, isn’t it?
Ss: Yes.
T: Let’s take a trip by bus. Here we go!
2.Show the pictures of the Youth Corps, Running man, the Flower and the Youth.
T: Do you know them? Do you like them? I like Deng Chao. He is funny, and he has two big eyes, a big mouth, and he has short hair. He isn’t tall or short , he is of medium height. (边说边配上肢体动作)
Then lead Ss to describe the person they like. Help them.
T:Today we’ll learn about people’s looks.

Step2 .New words
T:We will go to next stop, let’s go!
1.Show the pictures of the famous stars to teach the new words. Then read by themselves.
2.Review the words they just learnt together.
Now let's read all these words together: short hair, curly hair, long hair, straight hair, tall, short, medium height, thin, heavy, medium build.
T:(指着黑板上的生词)现在请大家观察一下,你能找出几对反义词呢?

3.Show Time
First, divide them into four groups. Then tell them to remember the words for a while, then let them PK.(让一位学生帮忙记录各组得分)
