学情分析:
七年级学生由于年龄还较小,还处于较活泼好动的年龄阶段,对直观形象的事物更感兴趣,会积极参与生动活泼的课堂活动中,对知识有较强的求知欲。学生在经过了一学期的英语学习后,已经具有了一定的英语水平,也积累了一定数量的英语单词,如相关的交通工具单词,为完成这节课的学习任务打下了一定的基础。另外,本单元是有关“transportation”这一话题,贴近学生生活实际,这也更容易唤起学生的学习兴趣。
教学过程:
Step1: Warming up
Task: listen to the sounds of all kinds of transportations and speak out them in English as quickly as you can.
Step2: Lead in
Look at the picture and say the means of transportation to prepare for 1a.
Take the/a subway Take the/a train ride the/a bike ......
Step3:Master the sentence strcture
1.T:How do you get to school,Yingxuan?
S:I walk to school. / I get to school on foot.
I ride a bike to school. / I get to school by bike.
2.Make a summary:
walk on foot ride a bike by bike
take the subway by subway take the train by train
3.Do the chain game to consolidate the sentence strcture.
