Greet students, give out the learning aims
Step 1. review
Showing them some pictures of some daily life activities on PPT. Students one by one say out the activities ,then ask and answer the questions according to the activities.
T: Let’s review what we have learned last class. Do you remember the activities? This group, please.
S: get up, take a shower, brush teeth, get dressed,eat breakfast.....
T: Now , read together to remember all of them. Then, can you ask and answer the questions? Talk with your partners
Step2. Learn the Grammar Focus
1. Lead the students to find out the sentence patterns and the correct position of frequency adverbs.
T:Read the Grammar Focus by yourselves. Pay attention to the read words. Ask the time we can use.....
S: What time or when
T:Yes, but what the difference between them. Now, look.
S: When ask for concrete time or rough time but what time only ask for concrete time
2.Then, lead the students to summary the sentence patterns.
What time/when do you/they/your friends do........?
What time/When does he/she/your father do.......?
Do some exercises about these two sentence patterns
Lead the students to find the use and position of frequency adverbs
Step3. Finish doing 3a and 3b
Give students enough time to finish 3a.
Ask two students to answer each questions, different students have different answers.
Point out the language points: on school days, best friend
