3. Teaching aims and demands

1）. Knowledge objects.

1)学会更多日常活动的短语：do homework, take a walk, run, clean my room

2) 更复杂的时间表达法： to, past, quarter, half的用法

3) 能正确运用when 和what time 引导的特殊疑问句。

2）. Ability objects.

1)明确时间逆读法的表达，能就日常活动及作息进行问答。

2)学会用更丰富的语言表达一天的活动，并结合实际生活灵活运用。

3）. Moral objects.

通过谈论一天的日常活动，引导学生关注健康生活，并学会管理时间，合理安排自己的作息时间，同时培养学生良好的生活习惯。

Part 2 .The analysis of the students(学情分析)

七年级的学生，虽然已经有几年英语学习的基础，但语言实践机会少，大部分学生没有主动开口说英语的习惯。不过他们却有着极强的求知欲和表现欲。同时，七年级的学生还存在着学习方法和学习策略经验不足等问题，大多数学生习惯于教师讲、自己记的学习方式，无法独立思考，用英语进行思维。所以如何使学生的学习变被动为主动，从而使学生养成良好的英语学习习惯，是七年级英语教学中的重要任务之一。

Part 3. The teaching methods

针对学生在学习方法上的弱点，充分利用学生自身的有利条件。多设计一些紧扣话题、形式多样的双边交际活动，在掌握语言项目的前提下，注重帮助学生形成良好的学习习惯，培养学生自己发现问题并解决问题的能力。因此，在教学中采用了以下几种方法：情景交际法；游戏竞赛法；任务驱动法，在各环节的难度设计上采用梯度，尽量考虑到让不同程度的学生都能参与课堂，学有所获。

Part 4 . Teaching procedures. ( A 40-minute lesson )

Step 1. Lead-in ( 3 minutes )

( Before the class begins, show students the learning aims. )

Play a video“What time is it ?”

After enjoying it have a free talk with the students.

T: What does the cartoon want to tell us?

It tells us that “Time is money. Time cannot be won again.”

T: So we should learn to manage our limited time. Now, Let’s see how the students in our school manage their time.

设计意图：先呈现本节课的学习目标，让学生带着目的学习，使学习更有目的性。利用有关时间的卡通视频来放松学生的心情，使学生进入良好的学习状态，通过谈论时间话题自然过渡到本课话题。

Step 2.Teaching new words and target languages. （9 minutes）

1. Present some photos of the students about their daily lives from the morning to the evening.

Ask and answer with the whole class to review the daily activities and learn the new phrases ,then present the inverse method of time.

T: What do they do at 6:10 in the morning ?

Ss: They get up and make the bed at 6:10 in the morning.

T: What time do the students read English in the morning ?
