Step two: Pre-task
In our daily life, some activities are good for our health. For example: go to bed early ,get up early, do sports, go for a walk after dinner and so on. But some activities are unhealthy. for example: eat junk food, stay up late in the evening. Let discuss it.
1. Show some activities in 2a. Check the activities you think are healthy.(2a)
2. Think about other healthy and unhealthy activities in their daily lives.
