Step 1: setting up the context.
Teacher greets with students and leads in the topic, and the teacher shows some pictures or play a short video to the students, ask and answer the questions by using the patterns like this:
T: good morning, boys and girls! How are you today? Please look at the short video and pictures and answer the question on the screen.
T: Do you like music and art? What kind of activity do you like? I like watching dance. Now let ‘swatch the video and try to describe what the people can do .
S:He can play the guitar/He can sing/He can play chess.
T: Well done, We’ve learnt the Model Verbs the day before yesterday. Now answer my questions like (Teacher shows the pictures to the students), and ask some questions:
