1. Master and use the target language to write .

2. Show the applying ad written by students.

Teaching procedures:

Step 1 Warming-up

Play a video about all kinds of abilities, let Ss look ,listen and learn to sing to make relaxing environment and stimulate students’ .interest .

Step 2 Reviewing

Pairwork: Work in pairs review different abilities of students with the help of model conversation .

A:Can you play the guitar ?

B:Yes ,I can ,and I can play the violin ./No ,I can’t ,but I can play the drums .

Step 3 Game

This part is to practice students’ eyes and memory .

Rules: Show a picture of a person .First introduce his or her hobby ,then let them watch some pictures of abilities quickly ,at last say out completely.

Step4 Talent Show

Give students 2 minutes to think about talent ,then volunteer to go to the front of the blackboard to show their talent ,then choose who is the best .

Step 5.Listening task

1) Before listening : Let students scan the question sentences.

2) While listening : Play the recorder twice ,if necessary ,pause .

3) After listening :First check answers ,then close their eyes to enjoy the recording .

Step 6.Exercise task

First tell them the ways of doing this kind of task ,then give them time to finish the task by themselves ,at last check answers and explain the difficult points .

Step 7 Writing

Write an ad for finding a PE teacher .Tell students to imitate 3a to write .

Before writing : Give students some writing leading .

While writing : If necessary ,give them help.

After writing : First show a composition example ,then check one or two students’ composition on the Bb together, at last check the composition each other .
