Step1:Warming-up

【设计意图】课前播放英文歌曲或动画片,营造学习氛围,借机拉近师生关系。

1.Greet each other

T: Nice to meet you, boys and girls.

Ss: Nice to meet you.

T: Yesterday evening, I watched a cartoon with my son. The cartoon was very simple and famous. Of course, it’s very funny. Do you want to watch it with me now?

Ss: Yes.(播放米奇妙妙屋原声版2 mins?)

T: What’s the name of this cartoon?

Ss: Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.

T: Would you like to know more about Mickey Mouse?

Ss: Yes.

T: Ok,today we’re going to learn Unit5 Do you want to watch a game show? Section B 2a-2e.(板书)

T: Mickey Mouse is the main character and there are other cartoon characters in this cartoon such as Donald Duck, Goofy, Pluto, Minnie and Daisy.?(板书such as,?came out,one of the main reasons,be ready to, try one’s best)It first came out in New York in 2007.Why do I like this cartoon? One of the main reasons is that Mickey is always ready to try his best to help others. What’s more, I like the magic words. Did you still remember“Meeska, Mooska, Mickey? Mouse”.Now, it’s your turn to talk about your favorite cartoon in groups.
