Step 1 Warming-up
Play a nice English song: bigbigworld
让学生在活泼的歌曲中热身，活跃了气氛,为授课做好铺垫。
Step 2 Presentation
Teacher：What’s your favorite fruit? What’s your favourite drink?
Do you know how to make a milk shake? Do you want to make a milk shake? Today let’s learn to make it.
Show some things that we need to make a milk shake and teach some new words：blander, yogurt, ice cream, bananas, knife, and so on..
Step 3 New teaching
Teacher: Now, boys and girls, everything is ready now. Let’s make a banana milk shake. First, look at the screen and listen to me carefully. Then, I will ask someone to repeat how to make the banana milk shake.
Show the ways of making a banana milk shake and write down some useful phases:
peel the bananas cut up the bananas put ….in …… pour……into…… turn on
Step 4 Say and act.
Work in pairs and talk about how to make a banana milk shake. Finish Part 1a., fill in the blanks.
Listen to the tape and number the instructions.
Step 5 Learning by using
