Step 1. Warm up
(Show some pictures) To help Ss master the parts of the body and play a game.

Step 2. Key sentences
Learn the names of the illness, and learn to talk about health problems by using “What’s the matter? I have a…”.

Step 3. Give advice by using “should”and shouldn’t.
To help Ss find out the different ways to express the health problems, give appropriate advice by using “should”and “shouldn’t”.
A:I have a toothache. What should I do?
B: You should see a dentist and get an X-ray.
A: I have a stomachache. What should I do?
B: You should lie down and rest.
A: I cut myself by accident. What should I do?
B: You should put some medicine on it, and you shouldn’t wash clothes.
Step 4. Pair work.
图片入手来引入情景话题,引起学生的兴趣,并通过结对练习的方式让学生之间互动起来,能提高学生的口语水平和表达能力。
