三、学习者特征分析
初中寄宿制校园生活从七年级开始,伴随着热闹,新鲜,好奇,青春的萌动,学生心态较积极,教师容易培养他们良好的学习习惯;进入八年级,校园生活归于平静,平淡,迎接他们的是更多更难的学习任务,日复一日的学习过程中,学生分化现象出现:一部分怕学,懒学,厌学,弃学;一部分时而表现好,时而不好,波动大;一部分坚持不懈,勤奋学习。这一阶段要严格要求学生,让学生继续发扬已形成的良好的学习习惯,激发学生学习的兴趣,鼓励他们追求进步。
