学情分析
八年级学生到现在都有一定的英语学习基础,只不过学生们的抽象思维能力还不够成熟,注意力容易分散,所以在本节课,我采用图片比较鲜明的颜色来吸引他们的注意力。另外,本班学生英语基础比较好,在听力当中,我会多让他们尽量说出完整的句子,以更有效地训练学生的语言表达能力。
教学过程
Step 1. Warming-up
1. Watch the photos and talk about them “What does he do every day?’ and learn these phrases: sweep the floor, do the dishes, make the bed, take out the rubbish, fold the clothes, clean the living room. Then teach new words: rubbish, fold, sweep, floor.
2. Look these phrases and practice the conversation: Could you please take out the rubbish? Sure. / Sorry, I can’t. I have to finish my homework first.
Step 2. Presentation
1a. Do you do these chores at home? Discuss them with your partner.
They can do like this: A: Do you do the dishes at home ? B: Yes, I often do the dishes. Then ask some pairs to act them out.
Step 3. Listening
1.1b Listen. Who will do these chores? Check (√) Peter’s mother or Peter.
