二.教学程序
Step 1. Lead-in
Watch a video about
Liu Xing took Xiaoxue's shoes , Xiaoxue hurt her leg. Xiaoxue was angry. She argued with Liu Xing about the shoes.
Then lead the students to say “What should they do?” Give them some advice.
1.Why not sit down and communicate with each other?
2. They should have a proper communication.
3. Xiaoxue could explain that she doesn't mind him doing the things he likes.
Step 2. Pre- reading
Show some questions.
Do you love your family? Do you often communicate with your parents? If your parents fight a lot, what will you do?
2. Say sth about the letters. --a thirteen-year-old boy, Sad and Thirteen, he has many problems. So he writes a letter to Robert Hunt (a counselor) to talk about his problems.
Step 3. While-reading
Task 1. Look through the two letters and match.
