教学背景分析

教学内容：人教版八年级上Unit5 What were you doing when the rainstorm came? Section A其主要的内容是：“Talk about past events and tell a story.”第一课时为听说课，学生练习使用过去进行时描述过去某一时刻发生的动作。第二课时(3a-3c)是一节阅读课，通过读一个故事，学会用过去时描述自己的经历。

学生情况：学生已经学习并掌握了一些有关个人活动的单词和短语，并能较熟练地运用这些词语问答，本单元学习过去进行时，话题为个人经历，贴近学生生活实际，容易让学生在做中体会与学习，并能活跃学生学习思维，激发他们参与课堂活动的欲望。
