Step 2 Pair work

Work on 1a. Show the things at the yard sale. Let the students talk about them in pairs by using the important sentences.

--How long have you had that bike over there?

--I’ve had it for three years! I learned how to ride a bike on it.

Step 3 Listening

1b Listen and check (√) the facts you hear.
