Free talk:1. Do you think you are happy? Ask two students to share their opinions in class.

What is the way to become happy? Show some pictures to give students some instructions and discuss together.For example: T:What will make you happy according to the picture? Ss:Sing a song......

Lead-in:Lead the students to have a look at the picture of a king.

T:There is a king. He has power,fame and wealth.However,he’s unhappy.So what happened to him? Let’s learn the story about the unhappy king.

Step 2. Show the students the teaching aims.

Step 3 A Reading Game

Let students know that they should reach Level4 after finishing the reading.
