1. 教学重点：掌握stick…into…/ point at等重点短语和You’re not supposed to…/ It’s impolite to …/You shouldn’t …的句型。
2. 教学难点：通过对餐桌礼仪的学习，让学生能够运用目标句型谈论中国其他风俗习惯。
四、教学过程
Step1 Revision and lead in
a. Tell students to have a free talk about some customs in different countries we have learned in Section A.
b. Rules about the PK among groups, show them some pictures they can talk about.
c. Conclusion about the revision and lead in the topic in this class.
T: We talked about manners of greeting and manners at parties, how about the manners when we eat at the table? In this class, we will learn something about the table manners.
设计意图： 本节课是Section B部分的第一节课，所以在学习新课之前，先通过小组竞赛的形式让学生谈论世界各地见面的礼仪和参加party的礼仪，这既是对前面Section A部分内容的复习，又能帮助导入本节课的话题： table manners，还能激发出学生的学习热情。
Step2 Guessing game
a. Tell students to discuss the table manners they prepared in their groups and then come to the blackboard to act the table manners.
b. Students in another groups can guess the table manners.
设计意图：课前让学生分组准备5个不同国家的餐桌礼仪，通过小组讨论，让他们上来把相应餐桌礼仪表演出来。这样既培养了学生在家自主学习的能力，又让他们体验了小组合作与探究。你演我猜的形式同时还能活跃课堂气氛。
