【设计意图】通过盘点今年认识的朋友,学生在语境中体会have known, 引导学生总结since和for用法的区别。通过交流自己认识的朋友,在实际中运用中感知for, since 用法。

2. Talk about favorite things.

( The teacher talks about her favorite book;

( Students share their favorite things.

A: I bought it ... B: How long have you had it?

A: I have had it for/since...
