The multimedia method and cooperative approach. The teacher will give students some time to read the passage individually and finish the task in pairs. Their reading ability will be improved by group work.

Step1 Lead- in.

1) Watch a video. and say : What is it about ? S: It’s about Mid-autumn Festival .S: Can you tell the origin of Mid-autumn Festival ? T: Chang’e and Hou Yi .S: So today we’re going to share a passage about it .

2) Show language goals

Learn to read the story of the Mid-Autumn Festival.

To understand the spirit of Chinese traditional culture

To learn the words and expressions
